I am a RICS Chartered Surveyor, Registered Valuer and Level 4 Energy Assessor.

With over 40 years experience in surveying and construction I have developed a wide knowledge of all property types.

I first became involved with energy performace certification when working as a consulant trainer for the RICS in 2008.

​

During my time with the RICS, I was a lead assessor on the Commercial EPC course for commercial and domestic properties and successfully steered many candidates through the qualification.

Since 2008 I have carried out commercial and domestic EPC on various property types, I believe I have a very positive relationship with existing clients whom return to me for advice on a regular basis.
