At Edwards EPCs we provide MEES compliant reports, including:

  • energy impact assessment

  • cost benefit analysis

  • contractor tender analysis

  • Registration on Private Rental Sector Exemption Register.

BRUKL REPORTS

Part L Building Regsulations calculations on commercial buildings, including:

  • extensions

  • refurbishment

  • new heating systems

Commercial EPC

We aim to inspect the property within a few days of being contacted.  Once we have gathered all the relevant information we try to get the EPC back within a few days!

Domestic EPC

Inspection usually within three days, EPC ready within two days

MEES Report

Only required whan a property cannot achieve an EPC Rating of E.
This report can take up to a few weeks to complete.
